Plain-language privacy

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and company name when you sign up.
• Business data you enter: jobs, customer names and contact details, property addresses, estimates, invoices, payments, photos, and documents. This is your data — you put it there to run your company.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Basic technical data: device type, browser, and approximate usage analytics needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To provide the service: storing your jobs, generating your estimates and reports, and processing your subscription.
• To communicate: account emails like signup confirmations and password resets, sent from noreply@gableflow.com.
• We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your customers' information for anything except running your account.

Who handles your data

• A small number of trusted providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Data security

• Your company's data is isolated from every other company's — users can only ever see their own organization's records. Connections are encrypted in transit, and access is controlled by authenticated accounts with role-based permissions.

Your rights

• You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting help@gableflow.com. Deleting your account removes your organization's data from our systems.

Changes

• If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with an updated date. Continued use of GableFlow after changes means you accept the updated policy.
